About this Recipe

These noodles are addictive and super easy to make.

Cook time: 15-20 minutes

 

 

 

Peanut Noodles

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

3 cloves of garlic

3 tbsp. of olive oil

3 tbsp. of brown sugar

3 tbsp. of rice vinegar (I've been using apple cider vinegar because it's cheaper)

3 tbsp. of soy sauce

1/2 tbsp. of crushed red pepper

1/4 c. Peanut butter

1/2 package of linguine

package of broccoli

 

Directions:

1.   Pre-heat oven at 425 degrees F.

2.   Drizzle olive oil on broccoli and roast for 15-20 minutes until charred.

3.   Cook the linguine per instructions on box.

4.   Combine the pasta and broccoli with the rest of the ingredients and serve!

 

 

 

These are the most delicious peanut noodles! Tossed with roasted broccoli, red peppers, scallions, peanuts and an incredibly flavorful sauce!
