Ingredients: 3 cloves of garlic 3 tbsp. of olive oil 3 tbsp. of brown sugar 3 tbsp. of rice vinegar (I've been using apple cider vinegar because it's cheaper) 3 tbsp. of soy sauce 1/2 tbsp. of crushed red pepper 1/4 c. Peanut butter 1/2 package of linguine ¼ package of broccoli |

Directions: 1. Pre-heat oven at 425 degrees F. 2. Drizzle olive oil on broccoli and roast for 15-20 minutes until charred. 3. Cook the linguine per instructions on box. 4. Combine the pasta and broccoli with the rest of the ingredients and serve!
