Carrot Kugel

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2 cups carrots, grated

1⁄3 cup oil

1⁄2 cup brown sugar

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1⁄2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 large eggs

¼ cup walnuts

 

Directions:

1.   Preheat oven to 350°F.

2.   Grease a 9" pie dish.

3.   Beat eggs together in a large bowl.

4.   Add all other ingredients and mix together.

5.    Bake for approx 45 or until a knife comes out clean.
