Brussel Sprouts |

Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts 3 tablespoons good olive oil (Use 2 only if doing balsamic honey glaze) 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Optional balsamic honey glaze: 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon honey |

Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2. On your baking sheet, combine the sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sprouts are lightly and evenly coated. Arrange the sprouts in an even layer. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. 4. Bake at 450 for 10 additional minutes. 5. For optional glaze: Drizzle the glaze ingredients over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
