Brussel Sprouts








1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts

3 tablespoons good olive oil

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper



1.   Preheat the oven to 400įF.

2.   On your baking sheet, combine the sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sprouts are lightly and evenly coated. Arrange the sprouts in an even layer.

3.   Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

4.   Bake at 450 for 10 additional minutes.
