Lemon Rosemary Chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat
your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive
oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and rosemary.
3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish
and pour the marinade over them.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the
chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
