Lemon Lime Chicken

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons each lemon juice and lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

 

 

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and rosemary.
3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
