Lemon Mousse

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

6 eggs separated

½ cup sugar

½ cup sugar

1 cup whipped topping

2 lemons

 

Directions:

1.    Bowl 1: Beat egg whites with ½ cup sugar until soft peaks

2.    Bowl 2: Beat egg yolks with ½ cup sugar

3.    Squeeze lemon juice into bowl. Combine with whipped topping, then pour into Bowl 2 and beat together.  Gently fold into whites in Bowl 1.

4.    Pour into 9x13 pan and freeze
